Chief Concierge will be responsible for the initial and on-going training and development of the Concierge team, including Bell Captains, Bellboy and Drivers including the establishment of operating procedures and maintaining high standards of service. He/She will provide support to the Front Office Management Team in managing the daily operations of a large and busy department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female Not over 45 years old
- High School - Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience in a Chief or Senior Concierge role
- Excellent knowledge of local and regional attractions
- Strong guest contact and leadership skills
- Excellent in English
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent grooming and a positive attitude
