-Guest service and information giver
-Be able to use and understand the room schedule
including reservation system checking
-Check-in / Check-out
-Be able to support and work with Front Office
-Coordinating with other departments

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. No gender and education background required
2. No experience required (Welcome fresh graduates) *Related experience will be considered
3. Good command of written and spoken English
4. Positive thinking and service mind
5. Good humor
6. Responsible person and be able to work as a team
7. Be able to work as a shift following the roster
8. Be able to communicate with the guest over the phone, email and face to face
9. Good at managing
