รายละเอียดงาน
1. Plan for the company's ongoing operational needs, including technology, facilities, and equipment.
2. Establish personnel policies and procedures that are effective and support the company's values.
3. Ensure adequate employee training evaluation, safety, and personnel systems.
4. Monitor "Key indicators" in the personnel area and plan for improvement as needed.
5. Work with the board to ensure adequate planning for the company's future, including expansion, change in policies due to changes in government and competent authorities' regulations.
6. Demonstrate leadership & commitment to OHSMS and EMS.
- By taking overall responsibility and accountability for the prevention of work-related injury,
ill health, provision of safety and health workplaces, and the effectiveness of the
Environmental Management system.
- Ensuring that OHS, environmental policy, and objective are established.
- Ensuring the integration of OHS and environmental management system requirements into
business processes.
- Ensuring OHS and environmental management system achieve it's intended outcomes and
promoting a culture in the organization.
- Ensuring and promoting continual improvement for both OHSMS and EMS.
- Supporting the establishment and functioning of HSEE committees
- Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies
to their areas of responsibilities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 7 years in manufacturing field.
3. Good English in all part (speaking, listening, writing, reading).
4. Good data analyze technique.
5. Good at problem solving.
6. Good for planning production in details.
7. Good develop/motivate team members.
8. Strong leadership.
