1.Developing business and operating model to enhance new opportunities and assist team members to trouble shooting
2.Lead team, planning & creating sales strategy and build a team to ensure functioning platform, monitoring market trend & competitors in order to achieve sales target
3.Set goal, track and measure progress report to Sr. Management
4.Facilitate day-to-day activities

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
2. 3+ years experiences in Business Development, Sale Channel Development (consumer product will be advantage)
