รายละเอียดงาน
• Responsible for “IT” Process, understand good internal control and ensure all department activities complied with the corporate policy and relating rule and regulation.
• Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
• To manage and maintain company ERP, network and infrastructure (PC client, server, computer network, communications, security, server applications, virus management, backup and disaster recovery)
• To manage IT inventory and vendors
• To install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to computer user and team included software and hardware problem-solving, system monitoring and network maintenance
• To setup IT Training and development plan for IT and users to improve and enhance their ability and capability
• To be a part to improve work efficiency and productivity and, initiate cost saving and cost reduction (with IT skill tools, technic or technology)
• Ensure all IT activities to ensure company’s IT environments are in good control, secure, stable, cost effective, comply with corporate policy and stand aligns with the other Revima’s best practices and standards.
• Voice out any issues or problems with root cause analysis and corrective action on a timely basis
• Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout HQ IT Department to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Ad-hoc assignment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.  Bachelor Degree IT or Engineering, with minimum 5 years of working experience
2.  Good knowledge in IP Networking, LAN/WAN, ADSL, Server, Firewall, Web Application, Database and Backup Technology
3.  Good hand-on skill and able to troubleshoot problem of Blade Server, SAN, pc/notebook, Routers, networking equipment and peripheral equipment
4.  Good skill in MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, VMWare, MS Office, MS Windows XP/Vista/7, Accounting Software and Telephone Logging Software
5.  Good communication skill and good skill in English communication
6.  Strong technical skill and how to apply in sense of business/commercial
7.  Able to work independently, Self-motivated, Good service mind, Detail-oriented and organized
8.  Mature, good team player, fun to work hard, able to handle multi-task, fast learning, detail oriented PLUS sense of urgency
