Prepare the monthly payroll and overtime pay for Monthly and Daily employees.
Issue Payroll Summary Reports, Monthly Social Security, etc
Process and administrate staff payroll routine transaction correctly, accuracy and timely
Maintain the integrity of payroll to reflect current hires, terminations, transfers, and other employee status changes
Coordinate with internal and external concerned parties related to payroll, social security fund, tax.
Annual salary adjustment, Annual Bonus.
Recruitment & Selection
Handle end to end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, arranging interview appointment, assessment including salary & benefit negotiation to successful candidate
Develop and implement initiatives in recruitment & selection process and assessment tools to attract, select and retain qualified employees
Hands on weekly report and manpower control
Handle orientation program for new employee
Support HRD project
Assist Human Resources Manager in HR related duties as assigned
