Automotive Parts Sales Manager
Pro-actively on the look-out for new businesses opportunities, establish communications and ensure all the Dealers, Workshop and potential client within assigned territory is covered to achieve Company sales revenue and profit objective.
Develop existing business and recruit new customers in assigned territory to achieve targeted revenue growth, profitability, and delivery.
Initiate, establish, strengthen and maintain trade partnership with customers via frequent visit and best customers service
Ensure routing, plans and call frequency patterns are maximized to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Gain and maintain space of products among competitors
Manage individual monthly sales revenue to achieve set targets set by the Management
Ensure sales cycle activities are implemented timely and up to standard
Prepare and implement an action plan to address variances to targets and optimize opportunities identified
Conducting sales presentations with the objective of closing the sales.
Meeting the sales targets set by the line manager.
Generating weekly sales reports and necessary forecast
On occasions, for the benefit of the Company, you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
More than 5-years relevant experience in Sales preferably in Automotive Industry
Possess strong interpersonal, analytical skills with a high level of attention to details and strong in customer focus.
Has good interpersonal skills and a strong command of both written and spoken English.
1. Basic Salary: THB 25,000 30,000
2. Monthly Sales Commission 1.5% + Monthly Target Bonus
3. 5 day working week 9am 6pm
