รายละเอียดงาน
We are looking for a competent candidate with hospitality background to manage our credit and finance aspects of our core Business Units comprise Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok, Sports Club and Golf Club by facilitate their revenue generating objectives while maintaining the integrity, security and compliance of the Club’s accounts. This position reports to the Financial Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Ensure all procedures regarding credit policies, billing, collection, credit cards, inquiries, cheque cashing are followed
2. Inspect all in-house accounts to ensure adherence to the hotel credit policy; assist with the collection efforts of these accounts where necessary
3. Review all requests for credit and approve as appropriate according to the in-house credit policies
4. Communicate approval or non-approval to the appropriate managers
5. Ensure proper handling of the filing systems in place according to policies and procedures
6. Monitor accounts receivables as required
7. Follow departmental policies and procedures
8. Follow all safety policies
9. Review & maintain internal controls system over financial and operational process. Ensuring that standard operational policies and procedures are followed and updated.
10. Coordinating with audit activities from internal and external auditors.
11. Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.

1. 1. Thai nationality, age over 30 years old
2. 2. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
3. 3. Minimum 5 years of Credit Manager/Assistant Credit Manager experience required.
4. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. 5. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
6. 6. Highly responsible & reliable
7. 7. Good communication in English is required (speaking and writing).
8. 8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. 9. Thai national
