Job description:
Has successful partnership creation, sales, business development, and/or marketing experience at a regional or national level in an entrepreneurial environment.
Has expanded a model or program into new sites, recruiting organizational participants. And confident but able to “park their ego at the door.”
Ability site finder to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of change.
Reports to, and receives instructions from, to Vice-President, depending on the decision of the management;
Analyzes proposed project—be it sales and marketing or lifestyle retailer —in terms of proposed expenditure and sales revenue in return;
Computes for the cost-effectiveness of every proposed project;
Gives feedback to Vice-President, regarding the feasibility of implementing their project.
Performs other duties that may be assigned to him by whoever is designated as his superior.

1. Graduate degree preferred.
2. Experience using internal and external data to manage expansion.
3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
4. Sense of humor and desire to be an integral member of a learning community.
5. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people as well as independently.
6. High level of professional integrity and expectation to be accountable.
