Position Description

A program coordinator’s assignment to a group or program will differ depending on their training in following a specific program itinerary, and their qualifications and experience.


We are seeking for an enthusiastic English Speaking program coordinator who is able to deal with a wide variety of tasks. You will be taking care of guests from all over the world upon arrival in Thailand until their departure on our fun program tours. You must be able to work with people of a variety of cultures and backgrounds and be a team player!



Duties and responsibilities

Has a capacity to make decisions quickly and change arrangements as required.
Has the ability to work well under pressure and cope with emergencies is flexible in approach to work.
Energetic and ready to cope with different people's needs and demands over long, often irregular, working hours
Has an ability to deal calmly with emergencies is exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to live in Singburi.
Specific responsibilities
Describe tour points of interest to group members
Outline the program and timeline to participants before beginning
Determine if any participants have physical restrictions that should be considered.
Clearly and articulately provide information to participants in an engaging manner.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our facility and related topics.
De-escalate any tension with difficult participants.
Review program schedules and be receptive to feedback.
Take part in weekend shifts to welcome new arrivals.
Know all safety and security protocols, should they be needed.
Make sure all the materials are back in order for each program.
Submit receipts for your expenses weekly.

Qualifications

All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.

Qualifications include:
Male/Female, Age minimum 25 years old.
A Thai national.
Able to communicate in English Fluently.
Has a tour guide license.
Has a supportive, tactful and approachable manner.
Has good health and physical fitness in order to cope with the demands of the job and the long working hours.

Working conditions
