รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:

• Generate, implement and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases for each project, update and release,
including generating testing checklists to verify the functionality, features and content of the product

• Manage and coordinate test efforts with external QA teams located in the United States

• Work with the Producer to ensure the timely testing of all projects

• Report bugs, track defects, reproduce issues and provide necessary information to development team

• Maintain the bug tracking database to record bugs and specific test results and assign responsibilities
as necessary, tracking all bugs through to final clearance

• Work with individual developers and other project staff to resolve issues and provide transparency
into bug frequency and reproduction steps

• Provide day-to-day updates and transparency on outstanding bug status for multiple projects to the
team leader and executive management

• Maintain communications with all team members, team leader and executive management, internally
and externally

• Organize and prioritize the tasks, be able to work under pressure

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Experienced gamer (or Expert gamer), love and enjoy playing mobile device game
2. •Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
3. • Excellent in English communication skills
4. • Highly collaborative with a willingness to assist others
5. • Proficient in Jira or Agile project manager program
6. • Prior experience as a QA role (experience in the video game industry would be advantage)
7. • Experience with iOS and Android hardware and software
8. • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
9. • Willing to contribute and work as a team
