รายละเอียดงาน
1. Provide support to supervisor regarding payroll, tax, provident fund, social security fund or other reports in payroll cycle and provide reconciliation to related parties
2. Provide support on updating and maintaining payroll records.
3. Provide support updating and maintaining employee data on HRIS
4. Generate report from HRIS
5. Generate salary certificate and other letter certifications
6. Prepare related documents and support expat staff regarding visa, work permit and other related matters
7. Filing personnel data in personnel files
8. Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1. Bachelors degree in any related field
- 2. Have an experienced in HRM, Administration and Accounting
- 3. Good English skill & Advanced Excel
- 4. Services mind and understand sense of urgency and confidentiality
- 5. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities
