- Project Management.
- Project Planning, Design and Tender.
- Material Planning and Management.
- Construction and Site Management.
- Check payments of consultants and contractors.
- Prepare document reports to Manager.
- Evaluation the consultants and contractors (both new and existing).
- Responsible for project related documentation filing.
- Drive the project to complete within budget, time and quality.
Making sure that office and service staff work at their best. Keeping the office neat and organized.
Assisting in general office working such as basic book keeping, filing, data researching, other work as assigned. And very importantly coordinating with customers (English speaking).
