Ability to prepare the items on the menu
Ability to serve, cashier, take orders and oversee the operation of the Bar and the Café area
Maintenace the ambience, cleanliness, preparation for open and close of the Café
Ensuring to report and filling, and managing the stocking of the Chocolate sipping drink, coffee bean and other material used.
Ability to make or create craft drinks and menu from time to time for presen
Making bean to bar chocolate
Making chocolate drink mix
Using chocolate machinery and stationary at the chocolate room
Maintaining the chocolate room and chocolate atelier area and stocking of chocolate bars in a cleanly and efficient manner and system.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
