Assistance Manager of engineering (2019-2022)
New models’s Team leader of brake hose product
- APQP Meeting organizer and prototype part management.
- Co-ordinate with group company and the concern section (oversea and local).
- Customer and Supplier co-ordinate.
- Review the product specification and drawing.
- Review material list, BOMs, packing standard and shipment instruction.
- Establishment of method ordering for part equipment, jig, molding die and etc.
- To make the quotation for prototype.
- Support sale team to make the quotation of product. - Co-ordinate with supplier for RFQ.
Local procurement of parts.
- Support the change control of 4M.
- Manage cost reduction VEC.
- Set up and prepare initial standard and engineering douments.
Chief Production Engineer (2010-2019)
- Improve machine and process for increase productivity and reduce non-confirming product abd waste.
- Make the document to control process method (WS/WI)
- Trial and make new products or new materials.
- Make and control the PM plan.
- Handle the spare part control.
- Make the layout to support new machine installation.
- Trial and test new machine.
- Leader of IOT project team in production section.
- Training engineer and technician about machine and process.
- Training supervisor and foreman about new mathod or new technology.
- Support customer audit.
- Support the company activity (SMALL GROUP ACTIVITY, MONOZUKURI)
