Position: Value Stream Management Manager & Warehouse Raw Material Manager (2 positions).
Responsibilities: Improve overall Value Stream Management processes i.e., Accuracy of Sale forecast, Day of inventory (RM, FG, Packing), Aging, Leadtime, and Downtime. INTEQC Production System, training, applies, check and set standard. Manage Warehouse Raw Material and Premix preparation.
Achievements:
- Reduced warehouse RM overtime costs from 714,368.25 THB to 563,657 THB (21.1%).
- Reduced Leadtime of internal traffic from 208 minutes to 167 minutes per transaction (reduced 19.71%) on year 2015-2016.
- Established Autonomous Maintenance (AM) audit criteria and supported improvement from AM0 to AM3.
- Conducted Training & Workshop to production and Warehouse team (Lean workshop).
- Developed a warehouse inventory database and system to improve inventory control and data accuracy.
- Increased raw material warehouse storage capacity by 5.9% (approximately 600 tons).
- Increased repack process capacity from 30 to 45 tons/day (saving 34,000 THB/month at 500 tons).
- Reduced manpower from 45 to 35 per day (hard saving for 134,000 THB/month).
