ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Issue 2D/3D detailed and design drawings for civil engineering work.
Review and comment on documents and drawings from the EPC
contractor.
Provide engineering suggestions and practices for civil and structural work,
including buildings, pipe racks, pipe bridges, foundations, and road paving.
Advise on the conceptual installation of civil and structural work.
Review and verify civil and structural calculations.
Participate in 3D model review meetings, including reports and close-out
documentation.
Align and coordinate civil and structural work with other disciplines to
minimize conflicts.
Respond to contractor clarifications and attend meetings as required.
Review and approve the final project record book.
Ensure all engineering designs comply with project specifications.
Return commented documents, clarifications, and drawings to contractors
before deadlines.
Coordinate construction permits with the Industrial Estate Authority and
relevant government agencies.
Prepare and update construction schedules.
Inspect civil construction materials.
Review and comment on JSEA (Job Safety and Environmental Analysis).
Inspect steel structure fabrication at the contractor’s workshop.
Supervise road installation and paving work.
Inspect the installation of equipment and pump foundations.
Verify and sign off As-Built drawings.

Oversee runway rail installation for overhead cranes.
Inspect and verify the alignment of pipe racks and pipe bridges.
Review and comment on the final project record book.
Verify and sign off As-Built drawings.
Coordinate between the area owner and the contractor.
Inspect piling locations.
Verify and control underground pipeline installations.
Inspect civil construction materials.
Inspect firewall installation work.
Monitor and control the construction schedule.
Prepare work permits.
Manage quality control (QC) for civil construction work.
Manage and resolve work-related issues to maintain operational continuity.
Prepare daily construction reports.
