Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Led strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply planning to optimize procurement costs
and ensure uninterrupted raw material supply for manufacturing operations.
Monitored daily rubber and latex price trends to optimize purchasing timing and support
procurement decision-making.
Negotiated daily rubber trading prices with suppliers and prepared purchase reports for Accounting
and Managing Director review.
Managed end-to-end purchasing documentation, including Purchase Orders (POs), Purchasing
Vouchers, and Contract Manufacturing Agreements.
Coordinated with dealers, outsourced vendors, Accounting, QA, and Production teams to ensure

Collaborated on internal R&D and software workflow initiatives to streamline EUDR-compliant
procurement and trading processes.
