Responsibilities:
Manage daily output /Weekly / Monthly
Collaborate China’s member to install and machine transport.
Design /Follow up manhour eff% including cycle time tacking and Kaizen.
Enhance OP and Maintenance skill to support line production and Multi skill.
Process audit and prevent the quality issue at whole process.
Machine solving / Reduce downtime / Increase alarm rate.
SMED
KARAKURI Kaizen.
KPI / JD / Organize designing to meet the factory road map.
Managing for safety activity and collaboration ass the whole team.
Factory automation and visualization system ( Collaborate and platform design

Improving and developing the working procedure and the production process to be efficient.
Analyzing, solving and improving the problem of operation and machine.
Coordinate with concern section.
Maintaining the company rule, the regulation and quality requirement.
Collaborate with machine maker to design and installation with team.
Manage budget and investment to be optimization.
Create strategic and adaptive action base on department situation.
Make MBO

Spare part control and improvement.
