ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Act as a single point of contact & build strong relationship with customers
-Manage cases & dispatch cases to the back office teams
-Respond to incoming calls , mails by provide solution to support & resolve issues or any inquiries
-Provide basic information & guidance to customers such as resource requirement, document inquiry etc.
-Resolve complaint from customers in case of unexpected issues and coordinate with related internal parties to investigate & follow up
-Collaborate with other departments & overseas agent such as booking team , document team etc.
-Address customers complaint or concern in professional manner

-Arrange loading list and related documents to Logistic team in order to submit to carrier
-Update booking prospect and rate quoted by Sales team to concerned parties
-Send export data weekly to overseas agent as well as coordinate for new shipment order when receive from customers
-Provide feeder space and release booking confirmation to customers
-Contact customers for nominated shipments in order to arrange export process.
-Solve problem and advise solution to customers
-Arrange sailing schedule and related notification to customers
