 Manage loan agreements and all necessary documentation related to funding activities with banks, legal team,
and SEC. (onshore & offshore of bilateral, syndicated loan, bond issuance)
 Contact banks to proceed with principal, interest payment, and repayment on time submission
 Maintain and monitor loan transactions in SAP (TRM)
 Maintain and create hedge items to calculate hedge fair value, mark to market
 FX booking for foreign currency expenses
 Prepare monthly financial reports to management (funding cost report, OS report, ST loan analysis report)
 Prepare and compile financial and business information for submission (ThaiBMA, SEC, BOT, Fitch Ratings)
 Participate in the company’s ad hoc project in relation to Finance
