-Collaborated with developers, designers, users and other team members to review software requirements, potential problems and project design.
-Designed and developed test plans, test cases and test data.
-Executed software testing in accordance with software development and requirements.
-Provided test report and analyzed test results on database impact errors or bugs and usability to identify problems and solve the issue with the team.
-Lead a meeting to follow up cases and summarize project progress.
-Supported for User Acceptance Test such as test plan, and reviewing of test result.
-Created system manual or other documents to support users.
-Assisted with troubleshooting cases to communicate and solve it.
