ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Analyze existing operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
2. Execute and implement findings from work analysis and cycle time measurements in the production line, including
planning and preparing essential documents such as procedures, work instructions, tooling inspections, technical
drawings, and data sheets.
3. Develop and enforce standardized operations and standard time under Safety Engineering, Quality Control, and JSEA
(Job Safety and Environmental Analysis).
4. Review work processes, provide constructive feedback, and suggest effective alternatives for problem-solving.
5. Summarize and analyze processes to support cost reduction (productivity enhancement), quality improvement
(internal defect reduction), and efficiency optimization (TTP, OEE% maintained at no less 85%, OR%).
6. Collect and summarize production data, including OT analysis, budget/MP/volume, sorting rework, productivity
improvements, Kaizen initiatives, and more.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments to enhance operations, compile performance reports, and present insights to
supervisors and directors.
