department.
Sourcing suppliers and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, service, and cost
effectiveness compiling them into a database for companies and teams to use.

Responsible for developing procurement strategies related to IT, hardware and
software,insurance(property all-risk insurance,overseas travel insurance,
employeegroupinsurance),carrental,housekeeping,security,electrical appliances, office
supplies,corporat events,raw materials Including renovation and building construction
work or new projects as assigned.
Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders ,Monitor order progress
and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Resolve supply issues, including
delays, shortages, or quality concerns.Follow up, supplier performance and ensuring
compliance with contracts Work with internal departments to address requirements such as accounting and finance
in terms of documentation and collaborative problem resolution.
Prepare monthly reports, eg. cost savings, spend analysis reports by category and
vendor, saving opportunities, vendors visit , PR, PO, GR outstanding ,suppliers evaluation.
For building renovation and construction projects ,Sourcing new vendors
(contractors), evaluate new contractors Negotiate prices and purchasing and payment
terms.Follow up and verify the bill of quantities (BOQ),specifications of materials and
equipment correctly.Compare prices and prepare purchasing documents prepare
purchasing contracts.And,Evaluate vendors/contractors,analyze
purchasing data and present to the procurement strategy department.
