Production Planning
• Develop and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with production capacity and targets.
• Analyze and monitor the production process to ensure it meets quality, quantity, and delivery time objectives.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot production planning issues, identify root causes, and propose preventive measures.
• Adjust production schedules in response to emergencies or market demand shifts, prioritizing based on impact.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, BOM, SPIRITS, and PROD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Material Planning
• Plan and control material/component usage to align with production schedules.
• Calculate and track material requirements while ensuring sufficient inventory without overstocking.
• Analyze and report on material movement, recommending efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Control material costs, reduce excess inventory, and minimize waste.
Skills & Competencies:
• Solid knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Purchasing / Procurement
• Procure raw materials, spare parts, or services from domestic and international suppliers.
• Compare and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers to ensure quality and performance.
• Track purchase order status to meet delivery timelines and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare purchasing documentation and coordinate with Warehouse and Accounting departments.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to control expenses and reduce production costs.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, including import/export • documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, Internet.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks under tight deadlines.

• Annual skill assessment of employees under the organization.
• Responsible for document issued destruction of waste (Ringi).
• Yearly Inventory report, Stock taking support internal audit and external audit.
