ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibility:
• Prepare Welding procedure (WPS & PQR), also submit to
Client for review and approve before fabrication work.
• Conducts Welder qualification test before start-up project.
• Witness all inspection activity, NDE activity and control the
quality of work to ensure that following with approved
Procedure and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
• Conducts Inspection of Steel Structure fabrication shop.
• Conducts Inspection of piping system fabrication shop.
• Conducts Inspection of Static & Rotating equipment
installation, alignment, package prep.
• Conducts Inspection of equipment foundation, location & lay
out.
• Conducts Inspection HRSG, Gas turbine Generator, Steam
turbine Generator.
• Conducts Inspection of piping system.
• Control and coordinated with NDT subcontractor in RT, MT,
PT are included.
• Prepare package test for Line check and Punch List, Clear
Punch “A” Before Hydro test- Witness and Inspection with
Owner for Hydro test.
• Clear Punch "B" After Hydro test and Final Walk Down
inspection with Owner.
• Coordination with client inspectors and preparing inspection
package for client.
• Inspection painting surface preparation and DRY film
thickness.
• Submit inspection reports & progress reports.
• Combine all Test package to Construction dossier book, review
and comment.

generator.
• Inspection of piping system.
• Control and coordinated with NDT subcontractor in RT, MT,
PT are included.
• Prepare package test for Line check and Punch List, Clear
Punch "A" Before Hydro test.
• Witness and Inspection with Owner for Hydro test.
• Clear Punch "B" After Hydro test and Final Walk Down
inspection with Owner.
• Coordination with client inspectors and preparing inspection
package for client.
• Inspection Painting Surface Preparation and DRY Film
Thickness.
• Submit inspection reports & progress reports
