Managing operations work (Security, Cleaning service ,Gardening Service and Energy serving for customer building), Managing quality work (ISO management), security, safety, occupational health, and the environment for FM (Facility Management) business. Inspect, analyze and control operation service task. Prepare and create policies/standards to develop an operation tasks (Security, Cleaning service ,Gardening Service and energy serving to meet the vision Established policies and guidelines of the organization. To be a member of the inspection committee and committee of procurement of various contracts. Responsible for sales presentations and proposal to customers for service contract. Preparation for the sales price.
Tracking and reporting project status to the customers and billing. Concern with communities as the representative of the company (CSR)
