Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, develop
recruitment strategies, and deliver top-tier talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job
boards, social media etc.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and
assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Providing timely updates and feedback throughout the
recruitment process.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate
and up-to-date candidate and client information.
