ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Inspection Material Receiving according project specification.
• Monitoring Fit-Up, Preheat,Post heat,Visual Inspection and dimension control in accordance with Fabrication procedure.
• Check the welder qualified to accordance with welding process.
• Ensure that quality control and implement in accordance with ITP, Procedure and Project specification
• Co-ordinate with Client inspector or production team regarding inspection schedules and other Quality issues.
• Conduct in process inspection such as welding monitoring, dimensional inspection so that final.
• Product achieve will be as per project requirement.
• Ensure that proper consumable control, welding parameters are adhered to by every welder.
• Inspection and quality control for piping and structure Fit-up Visual.
• Check Flange management.
• Monitor the welding work during fabricate at shop and site to maintain quality of weld to meet the requirement of specification.
• Monitor for Bolt Tightening and tensioning that required torque as per project specification.
• Monitor closure welds and carry out NDT.
• Pickling and passivation for Strainless and Duplex steels are control.
• Co-ordinate and monitor with NDE team to carry out MT,PT ,RT,UT/UTM,PMI and HT (Hardness test)
• RT lot welder / Penalty are control.
• Review PWHT report,Preheat-Post heat record.
• Review NDT Report such as MT,PT ,RT,UT/UTM, PMI and Hardness test report.
• Review Package Hydro test,NDE requirment and Hold point Hydrotest
• To undertake QC function in the workplace for daily QC activities
• Monitoring heat straighening for Distrotion control ( Structure).
• Final QC documents and review package preparation submitted to client for approval.
