- Ensure customers always receive updated quotation.
- Answer the phone and give the description of goods to customers.
- Send concerned documents after shipment has been loaded.
- Contact with sea freight agent.
- Ensure customers are updated about shipments’ details.
- Update statement of account to customer and ensure they settle the payment by due time.
- Contact purchasing staff to send orders following to customer’s PO.
- Communicate with concern departments to ensure that products meet customers’ requirement.
- Find new customers
- Solve any problem occur for customers in responsibility.
