1.Plan and control the transportation of goods
2. Control delivery staff to be efficient
3. Plan and prepare annual budget
4. Control transportation costs to be appropriate
5. Plan transportation vehicles, both the company's and external hire vehicles
6. Control and inspect the delivery of goods
7. Summarize the report of the delivery of goods and report the use of vehicles, maintenance costs
8. Control, take care of, and maintain transportation vehicles
9. Communicate and support the transportation team at the distribution center site daily.
To ensure that delivery and storage are carried out most efficiently.
10. Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are considered when planning delivery or storage.
11. Assist when necessary in preparing KPIs and financial reports.
12. Other duties as assigned by management.
