New model project
Estimate cost relate with logistics for new model acquisition Ex. Headcount,
equipment, transportation, area etc.
Set target, preparation plan and follow up for achieve SOP.
Representative logistics team to attend weekly meeting with BMW AG
customer.
Leading and support supply chain management team to preparation all
logistics items for new model project. (Inbound logistics, Intralogistics and
Outbound logistic)
Co-ordinate when found problem between internal, BMW customer AG,
BMW customer TH.
Approved packing standard from supplier and issued packing standard to
customer.
Report progress to management every month.
Maintain SOP for logistics and warehouse operation.
Study phenomenon, demonstrate, countermeasure and summary report
when found problem in SOP.
Improvement project
Design new concept rack supply motorrad’s front wheel and rear
wheel for customer requirement and cost down.
Leading logistic heath check activity
Warehouse capacity.
Time study for balance job.
Support supply chain management team to reduced operation time by
use macro excel.
Set standard to align same page with all concern.
Share idea, co-ordinate, issued plan and follow up with supply chain
management team to improve current operation.

Responsibilities
New model project
Leading new model project to set target, issue preparation plan, study,
design, follow up plan from prototype until SOP and report to management
every month for inbound logistics, intralogistics and WH operation ex. 4M
preparation, part flow operation, layout design.
Leading packing trial event and co-ordinate with concern division to
evaluate package’s flow from receive until supply to assembly line,
judgement and approve packing standard for new part and revision part.

Compare detail of new part and current part to know different point, issue
checksheet, distribute and training to production for protect mistake in
logistics process when found similar part.
Issue and revise operation standard all logistics process and warehouse
process.
Study phenomenon, demonstrate, countermeasure and summary report
when found problem with logistics process.
Co-ordinate and support company project relate with intralogistics and WH
operation ex. 4M preparation, part flow operation, layout design.
Co-ordinate and support data to oversea supplier. Inform problem, summary
report and follow up countermeasure when found problem all of package
and carton case for import part.
Monitoring and revise document relate with part flow and warehouse
operation when new, revision part start effective date. For control correct
part no.
Improvement project
Leader logistics team to design new layout and intralogistics for P/T change.
Study current condition, make concept design, issue preparation plan,
preparation 4M, implement and maintain.
Part of logistics team to shelf installation at for warehouse improvement
project.
Study and update warehouse current layout and image design new
layout.
Summary and combine part from BOM all type and model for design
layout and operation to keep inventory stock
Join teamwork for control shelf installation.
Meeting with all concern to safety patrol after complete installation.
Part of logistic team to design new part flow and logistic operation for
import engine unpacking project
Study current part and package flow, make concept design, issue
preparation plan, preparation 4M, implement and maintain.
Co-ordinate with other division to manage responsibility for achieve
target.
Idea improvement for intralogistics and warehouse operation
Design concept and issue standard to separate usage and supply station
in BOM (Local system) for correct supply part to assembly station.
Co-ordinate with oversea supplier to commitment standard grouping
part refer user shop when transportation part from oversea to thailand
for reduce internal operation time.
Co-ordinate with oversea supplier to improve and suggest part packing
standard for keep quality of part and cost down part’s price.
Join teamwork with production side to small kaizen for reduce operation
time, cost down package’s price.
