**Inventory and Export Process Management**
 
- Organize the inventory process, including storage, issuance, and distribution, as well as shipping activities. Plan and monitor the status of inventory and exports to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Plan export schedules and control timelines to ensure they are met.
- Manage container requests, loading plans, and rotation of containers to optimize utilization.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to inventory and export.
- Monitor the packing process and inventory turnover to support inventory management and export planning.
- Train and guide subordinates to improve their performance and continuously refine work practices to address operational challenges effectively.
