• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

• Ensure all aspects of plant KPI’S are being reviewed and communicated to operations team and recommend ways to improve. Drives productivity and efficiency gains through reduction of Planned and Unplanned Downtime in order to contribute to yearly productivity and OEE goals

• Meet the service budget and manage the financial resources necessary to accommodate current and future maintenance (OPEX) and capital investment projects (CAPEX) working within approved budget guidelines

• Lead Continuous Improvement to Implemented Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and filter replacements, improving equipment uptime, by performing TPM and scheduled maintenance.

• Supervisory all aspect of engineering project to ensure timely completion within the approved funds and in accordant to company procedures. The work includes MOC , Project scope , cost estimate , Hazop , permit coordination , Constructability , and sub-contractor control & monitoring.
