Develop and implement strategic plans to align with the
company's policies, focusing on efficient production and fuel
management for maximum cost efficiency.
Plan strategies to direct the factory to meet the company's
KPIs
Plan, control and monitor daily management results of
various departments. Drive operations in line with the policy
of creating international standards with an integrated
management system.
Determine fuel usage appropriately to the amount received
and use it to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum
cost
Control employees in the factory to perform their duties
strictly according to each person's JD,WI.
Plan and implement the management of the team's work
schedule to be correct, appropriate and efficient according
to each person's role and responsibilities.
Operate according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001, TIS/OHSAS
45000 standard systems.

Control the Dailyproduction management of the
production unit to meet KPIs.
Manage fuel consumption First in First out to increase
fuel efficiency.
Follow up on Dailymeetings, find the cause when
problems occur, and resolve them completely, along
with making a summary report to send to the
executives.
Follow up on machinery repairs and inspect machinery
quality to ensure they meet standards.
Control the operation of each activity to comply with
legal requirements.
