- Ocean freight price analysis & procurement.
-Strategically plan and participate in service contract negotiation for shipping lines and customers.
- Provide logistics service to oversea agents
- Provide and negotiate service contract ocean freight rates and terms and conditions.
- Business relationship management with oversea agents
- Respond to spot shipment rates request and implement tariffs
- Implement new strategies and freight rate forecasting.
- Responsible for import rate inquiry and documentation under DDP, DDU,DAP basis.
- Discover issues and provide solutions to clients and overseas agents.
- Lead the team on KPI strategy planning.
