- Collaborate with program manager and stakeholders to understand project requirements and project deadline
- Cooperation with other team members to maintain consistent data quality across projects
- Checking excel templates created by team members for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, clarity, and relevance
- Communicating with team for providing feedback and suggestions to address and rectify errors to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines
- Ensuring that data meets quality standards and requirements before submission to the US team
- Prepare final insightful deliverable templates for making business decisions

ตำแหน่ง Core Mobile Engineer

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Deploy RAN network 2G/4G core network elements: BSC/IPCLK/OSS
- Deploy new BTS/eNodeB sites vendor Huawei/ZTE
- Checking the technical project to upgrade the performance/feature Network Element on the BSS system
- Installation guidance to site engineer and configure parameters on ZTE (U31) and Huawei (U2000)
- Handling daily complaints which transferred from NOC Department and Customer Care Department
- Prepare documentation for the FO (Front Office) to detect and familiar alarms, simple errors on the BSS system
- System daily and monthly reports to project manager
- Daily shift handover to team members to organize well ongoing processes
