As well as an intimate dining area and open kitchen, folly has two outdoor terrace bars, both featuring stunning views over the Madinat waterways.
• Started as the pre-opening team assisting my Head Sommelier to create and design a wine menu to complement and enhance the unique menu crafted by chefs Nick & Scott for the venue.
• Wine paring with the dishes and creating customised tasting menu for the guest as per the
preferences.
• Dealing with wine suppliers.
• Inventory and stock management.

Assistant Sommelier in LALUZ, Four Season Hotel D.I.F.C. Dubai, UAE (Feb 2016 till Dec 2016)
• Working as a part of pre-opening team for a spanish chain of restaurants to open in Dubai.
• Created the wine menu and training the team about the wine knowledge.
• Food pairing and day to day wine service.

This was my first introduction to my family-owned business where i started to get my passion of wines to a real life.

• Working as a sales manager creating unique ideas and a small tasting table for the guest where they could taste and pair wines and food indulging with the great conversation about the wines, I experienced by visiting the old world of wines like France, Italy, Spain & Portugal which made me more updated with getting in contact with the different producers and winemakers.
• Doing events and sharing my experience in different conferences made me more approchable to the wine world.
