ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Involve in tender preparations, evaluation, compilation and submissions
 Provide measurement, quantity take off for tender submissions and ongoing projects budget,
sourcing of quotation from subcon and suppliers and ensure for comparisons
 Prepare progress claims for ongoing projects, review and certify of subcon monthly claims
 Attend progress claim meeting once in a month, prepare for variation order and make sure to
finish the project within budget timeline
 All other QS related jobs directed by Project Manager/Director

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Carry out quantity take off & bill of quantity (BQ) based on technical details drawing and
specifications for tenders,budget cost plans and analyze costing for tender
 Ensure all pre & post contractual matters and letter of award (LOA). Also, make for negotiation
of price with suppliers and sub-contractors for new projects & ongoing
 Liase with Sub contractors, suppliers and other related parties involved in projects
 Market analysis for comparison of contractors and suppliers quotations and invole in cost
analysis to submit quotation to clients
 Assist & responsible for monthly progress claims and variation order in timely manner and
handle explaining process to clients
 Certify & prepare for contractors payments and suppliers bills claims checking as per contract
& work progress at site
 Prepare budget reports and also monitor or keep track of expenditures. Responsible for final
account for each project and also EOT claim process
 Attend weekly site meeting with clients or team members and also closely collaborate with project managers
 All other QS related jobs directed by superior

 Ask for quotations to all suppliers and contractors for each of project . Also, make
comparison of contractors and suppliers quotations
 Prepare shop drawings for submission construction drawing to all site and go to site for
checking
 Submit conceptual design in Sketchup 3D and make presentation to Director
 Responsible for Documents Control of Contracts , Drawings and other project related files
