- Download/upload customer order and forecast via system SAP.
- Prepare daily, monthly, yearly production plans in accordance with the sales plan.
- Plan product delivery according to sales plan.
- Plan the ordering and import of all raw materials used in production.
- Follow up production plan achievement.
- Open PR/PO to order raw materials.
- Co-ordinate with outsource supplier who produce or supply material to ensure that will not have shortage issues. - Update production capacity (Man & Machine).
- Control costs in production by various methods such as inventory value Using resources to achieve maximum returns.
- Control stock of Work In Process (WIP) and Finished Good (FG).
- Analysis of improvements in production planning and inventory to achieve KPI ,OEE, COQ targets.
