- Organize evacuation exercises, emergency response drills, daily toolbox briefing as necessary. Conduct safety orientation induction for contractors and any corporate EHS related training or other safety orientation activity for all personnel at site and office.
- Attend EHS meeting from the client / main contractor’s and co-ordinate with their safety representatives.
- Conduct and investigate of all workplace accidents and incidents or dangerous occurrence, record all findings and furnish investigation report, finding. Recommend corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence of incident.
- Ensure safety equipment is properly maintained (e.g. Firefighting equipment, gas meter etc.), maintenance of medical facilitates (e.g. first aid kits / box, etc.).
- Upkeep of workplace safety and health documentation and records are in order at site.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Account Manager and SSE Manager.
