ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Company Business: Oversea Company for trade an Automative parts / Componants namely Cables Assy , Gearshift etc. to delivery into the production line of MMTh (Mitstubishi Motors Thailand).

Responsibilities: Used to be a senior sale staff in Sale Department of HDCT Corporation Ltd. By being a trading company in once of Hi-Lex Group (Hi-Lex Japan Corporation) to control cables are functional components in automotive industry which mainly supply our goods to line production of MMTh (Mitsubishi Motors Thailand.)

In the part of my related responsibilities details following as below :

Receiving / Generate Data :
- Input / Output data from customer system.
- Control requirement from customer via email and phone.

Coordination / Supplier Control :
- Management control between customer with supplier.
- Company Representing for Monthly supplier meeting.
- Kick off meeting team.

Documents Control :
- Forecast Data analysis.
- Issued invoice.
- Make a quotation.
- Make a yearly Cost Reduction.
- Make a monthly Sales Amount.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Yearly supplier evaluations.

Basic Logistics :
- Import / Export Document Control.
- Customs Clearance.
- Enter B/L
- Follow up and Update shipment status to customers.
- D/O management & Issue letter to Thai customs.
- Trucks control.

Basic Warehouse control :
- Check / Update / Balance stock.
- Monthly cut stock report to customers & Thai Customs.
- Basic Cargo management systems.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibilities: Guide for the visitors.
- Communicate & Educate to student visitors.

- Being a guide for foreigner & local visitors or private groups to sightseeing tour on the ground and trams.

- Being a visitor informations provider and support any visitor’s requirements along their journey.

- Research to the new historical informations and archaeology that was found in published historical articles to provide and developments in
internal sightseeing guide directions.

- Form team to create exhibition/event activities on important religious holiday days and public holidays.

- Coordinate with travel companies and offers mini sightseeing route trip within the museum.

- Support and cooperate with others department in important the festival museum events.
