Job Description : 1. Operation & Maintenance works
- PM works  Electrical system , Utility machine
- Building maintenance
- Control operation machine (Day/Night)
- General service request jobs
2. Project management works
- Make BOQ
- Bidding process
- Make project proposal for approval
- Construction management
- Safety management and progress report
- Final inspection and handover
Past works : Installation Fire alarm system addressable type , Fire pump 1,000 GPM ,
Fire suppression , Chiller magnetic bearing type 400RT@4 set
Air compressor 132 KW , Canteen/Office/Toilet renovation
3. Energy management works
- Energy reduction activities
- Water reduction activities
Past works : Installation Solar roof 1.8MW , VSD for AHU , Change motor to IE3
Waste water recycling 180m3/day for achieved HQ energy target
4. Others works
- Set standard of facility works for improvement
- ISO works ( 9001 , IATF16949 , 14001 , 45001 , 50001 )
- Cooperate and support Japanese HQ
- Follow KPI department and weekly report
