ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Roles and responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Unilever Logistics & Transport standard including security standard to all 3PLs
- Register as Safety officer for transportation as law required
- Implement all warehouses standard and ensure compliance to UL & local law
- Collaboration with fleet mgt team to comply all S301 and related standard on road safety
- Report performance of 3PLs and warehouses
- Execute SHE Digitalization projects for entire country
Additional roles of responsibility:
Contractor safety control

Inspection of safety in the use of shuttle buses for transporting employees
- Inspection of vehicle documents
- Inspection of vehicle condition
- Checking driver's documents

1. Contractor safety control
• Manage permit to work for contractor jobs
• Review contractor Job safety analysis and recommend for risk control measure.

2. Emergency equipment preventive maintenance
• Plan and conduct fire extinguisher monthly inspection
• Plan and coordinate with outside contactor to test / inspect fire hydrant & fire hose
• Plan and coordinate with utility team / Engineering to ensure that all emergency equipment’s are inspected / tested, maintained and in good condition as required by applicable law.
