• Co-ordinates and manages the activities of compounding function, responsible for overall compounding.
• Conduct meeting & training with subordinates to improve productivity, production cost improvement, motivational training, work procedure, company policies and management objective.
• Maintain all equipment related to latex storage area and good condition for compounding equipment.
• Minimize the latex stock variance.
• Manage and planning raw materials to adequacy for production.
• Control Chlorine section to support production line.
• Control waste water to good level and pass as per requirement

• Planning the chemicals and raw materials incoming for support dipping line process.
• To perform any other function or assignments as instructed to line leader.
• To train, supervise, direct, motivate, discipline and coordinate of process Engineers.
• To plan and establish work schedules, assignments and to meet goals for production, quality and product cost.
• To conduct continue improvement project.
• Work and communicate with other departments, such as production, maintenance contractors, suppliers and cooperate as and when required.
• To perform trouble, shoot the problem related processes and products.
• Analyses, evaluate design & development production processes to improve on process control methodology and process capacity.
• To conduct continues improvement project.
• To execute in new process, new product and technology transfer to manufacturing and integration.
• To perform any task or assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor.
