Throughout my third year and second semester, I have had opportunities to experience valuable life reasons while attending my internship program. The knowledge and skills I acquired in designing user experiences from a real-life perspective differed significantly from the classroom environment. These user experience skills included conducting usability tests, designing customer journeys, defining user pain points and utilizing data (insight-driven), planning user testing and interviews et cetera. I also learned to use and advance in Figma and Figjam effectively for user interface design such as creating design mockups, building prototypes, conducting practical prototype testing, and understanding the logic of design principles, and components, how to construct design systems, and more.
