Assist customers to make sure each customer highly satisfied during treatment and
support the spa supervisor and ensure all team members provide the same excellent
standards of service and all are used to working in rewarding and demanding
environment. Preparation of Front of House rotation and organize employee shift cover
when necessary whilst assisting with timesheet and invoicing in the absence of the Spa
Supervisor. Stock responsibility and making sure the spa has the necessary products to
run smoothly and efficiently and also. Review the booking process to ensure that all
team members are handling bookings correctly and to carry out opening and closing.
