IT Asset Management Country Manager
• Responsibility for country manager to work with global team to implement Asset Management process, policy, tool and manage all asset management staff in Thailand and foreign as well.
• Provide suggestion / Consulting and support and provide documents to support internal / external audit.
• Establish Design and Strategic with team to develop inventory baseline and relating with software and Hardware.
• People Manager, I am managing team to achieved as a company direction such business, client success, innovation, response to other team and skill development.
• For the outsource project, I am advice and coach team to achieve as a service delivery following the contractual.
• Lead to provide the Asset Management process, manage risk, assess the customer problem, and provide the solutions to achieve as a customer business.
• Implement the Asset Management process and procedure to team and customer to achieve as a customer requirement.
• IT asset inventory capture and physical check for reconcile the data and recheck the process flow of asset management.
• Creates and maintains an IT asset inventory and manage the data accuracy following IT Asset Management KPI
• Perform data relations of IT asset to Accounting and Financial to correct the asset movement update.
• Manage and provide accurate IT asset information to customer for Audit and Bank of Thailand.
• Work with customers to achieve an IT Asset Management process improvement and innovation plan.

• Refresh hardware and software for IBM Thailand and customer site.
• Consulting to find the solutions to customer.
• Deliver service to achieve as a contract commitment.
• Develop team knowledge and skill support to customer business.
• Manage team to follow the company policy, security, and directions.
• Consulting and supporting special projects to IBM and customers.
