- Overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include safety, production, cost, on-time delivery, quality, maintenance, capital projects, sourcing, and logistics.
- Manage the Special project of Automation for support production line to increase productivity.
- Control Shop Floor Management to control 4M change.
- Lead team activity for improve inconvenience production line for support Operator and increase level of productivity and quality by use automation about Camera inspection, Pick&Place insert part to injection mold.
- Contributing to the definition of the manufacturing strategy to achieve the budget.
- Managing the manpower to meet with budget and manpower plan.
- Identifying the root cause of over-standard cost work orders and taking solid action.
- Maintaining the quality level in production and ensuring that the quality of products meets customer requirements..
- Evaluating the employees' performance and controlling employees' discipline.
- Working with the new product development team to make sure new projects can be done as per the committed timeline.
- Set CAPEX and Annual expense for control concern department.
- Supervise the Maintenance Department to ensure that the machines are systematically maintained to maximize operational efficiency.
- To manage Mold Maintenance team for ensure mold can support production injection smoothly.

- Process schedule plan for control any production line follow up with customer TPS.
- Promote a working environment that empowers and inspires employee involvement to achieve excellence in productivity, customer service, quality, inventory and EHS.
- Analyze financial monthly report and find out the root cause for improvement.
- Set CAPEX annual strategy to control overall of plant.
- Support and make decision about back up office’s activity, such as HR, Purchasing and Financial.
- Recruit and interview on the Engineer and supervisor and Manager level for any department.
- Training and coaching to all area about Factory activity, 5S, Safety and Kaizen activity.
- Coordinate HR-related projects (trainings, surveys, etc.).
- As in welfare working team of the company.
- Organize for new employee orientation.
