Job Description :

Guest Service Agent Provide front desk services to guests
Process guest payments
Inform hotel and vital information to guests Operator Assist the communications department as needed
Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
Cooperate with hotels, Online Travel Agent, and Travel Agent

Reservation Process reservations by Email, telephone, and ADS systems
Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
Create and maintains reservation records by date of arrival
Determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel.

Night Audit Assist late-night guests and process check-ins and check-outs
Perform end-of-day accounting tasks such as audit and balance daily financial activities
Prepare expect arrival and departure
Write reports of the day to other departments
